A 5 hour, introductory workshop covering our core training methods and principles including -

· Breath Works – Foundation breathing and Qi Gong for recovery, stress reduction and deep relaxation.

· Mandatory Mobility – Drills designed to facilitate free, uninhibited, natural movement, promoting pain free practice. These moves are the key to sustained improvement.

· Body Weight Essentials – A complete introduction to body weight training, providing the foundation for confident progress, developing technical strength and functional power. Often overlooked, bodyweight training is the ultimate no excuse workout and the key to physical mastery.

· Kettlebell Basics – With our foundation of Breath, Mobility and Body Weight training we can now explore basic kettlebell drills that build and develop Agility, Balance, Co-ordination, Endurance, Flexibility, Power, Strength and Speed. We will focus on The Kettlebell swing, Clean, Squat, Press, Clean & Jerk, Snatch and Turkish Get Up. These are the key Kettlebell exercises that promote health, fitness not to mention fast and effective fat loss.
