FEBRUARY WORKSHOPS

Simple Strength & Kettlebells Scotland
presents
Total Training with Kettlebells
K1 & K2 Workshops
Sunday FEBRUARY 28th

On Sunday February 28th we will deliver a K1 Kettlebell Basics and a K2 Kettlebell Progressions workshop. If you have previously attended K1 you can sign up for K2. If you want to do both, that is fine too! If you have little or no Kettlebell experience then K1 is for you. Please note – places are limited and booking is essential.

If you’ve trained with Kettlebells Scotland before and are interested in doing both workshops please email rannoch@simplestrength.com for a special rate.

If in doubt just fire me an email to discuss.

K1 covers so much more than Kettlebells. We work on basic breathing methods, mobility practice, bodyweight moves and restorative Qi Gong drills.

Join Rannoch Donald, CKT1, CKT2 Functional Movement Dynamics IKFF Advisor to find out how to create structured, effective, results driven workouts that will get you back in shape, FAST. Used correctly, Kettlebell training offers fatloss, muscle building, endurance training and flexibility – all in one brief, intense session. Read the reviews from previous participants

“A really superb class, Rannoch is easy to listen to and highly knowledgable. His style is suitable for those of all fitness levels and the class was informative and fun.As a fellow fitness professional Rannoch’s knowledge of kettlebells and the effectiveness of the drills and techniques he teaches is first class and compares extremely well with other forms of training I’ve tried in the past (I’m being polite, it was one of the best workout I’ve ever had)”
