Scotland's first Certified Kettlebell Instructor and IKFF CKT Level 1 & Level 2 Fitness & Movement Dynamics and Kettlebell Teacher, Rannoch Donald, established Simple Strength and Kettlebells Scotland to distil his own training pratices into an effective system.

A lifetime interest in martial arts, movement, conditioning, strength and mobility has led to a sustainable practice, available to anyone, scalable and easily tailored to fit the busiest lifestyle.

Regular workshops provide people with the tools and the confidence to take charge of their own fitness. Simple Strength - For average people looking for exceptional results.
