Lou Speaks!

Rannoch - January 13, 2010

Here is a fantastic interview with one of the best writers in health in fitness. Lou Schuler is the author of The New Rules of Lifting for Women (with coauthors Cassandra Forsythe and Alwyn Cosgrove), The New Rules of Lifting (with Alwyn Cosgrove), The Book of Muscle (with Ian King), The Home Workout Bible (with Mike Mejia and many other contributors), and The Testosterone Advantage Plan (with Jeff Volek, Mike Mejia, and Adam Campbell).

I contacted Lou some years ago with a couple of questions when he was editor at Mens Health. To my surprise he got back to me and then personally mailed me a couple of magazines I’d asked about. We’ve kept in touch since and if you’ve not checkedout www.louschuler.com and books, you really should. He is the real deal, funny, sharp, passionate and on the money. His rant on Fan whores alone is worth listening for.

P.S. A word of advice, don’t ask him to be your fan on Facebook.
