So here it is, the last K1 workshop for 2009. No excuses, no BS, no resolutions, just a simple promise to yourself that it’s time to take control of your own health and fitness. I’ve got the tools, I know they work, I use them every day.I am in better shape now than in any time in my life thanks to the simple methods I use.
None of this stuff is as complicated as the so called “fitness” industry makes it. First off, fitness is not a product and wellness is not a commodity. You are a creature who needs to move and breath as effectively and efficiently as possible. So a few times a week you’re going to take a walk to the edge, look over the side, step back, wipe the sweat from your brow and get on with your week.A little, often, with intensity. That is the key.
So whether your new to kettlebells or train regularly with them, K1 Kettlebell Basics is the best introduction to proper training, technique and practice.
K1 covers so much more than Kettlebells. We work with basic breathing drills, mobility practice, bodyweight moves and genral practice.
