“…time is at a premium these days and I need something quick, simple, focussed and effective…I thought at first I was going along to learn simply how to start using kettle bells safely but I learned much more than that. Rannoch delivered the three hour course in Edinburgh in a very friendly, fun, focussed and informative way at a pace that seemed to suit all levels. In short if you’re interested in KBs I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rannoch”
