Normal Service Has Been Resumed

Firstly, thanks to Tim of Northman Design for all his time effort and energy. You are looking at the fruits of his labours.

SimpleStrength.com is now the home of the Simple Strength blog and Kettlebells Scotland. From here on in this is where you will find the blog, information about KBS and a calendar with details of forthcoming workshops, events and certifications.

In the next few months there will be IKFF certifications in London, Scotland (CKT2) and Dublin. Frank Forencich of Exhuberant Animal will join us in Edinburgh for a two day workshop. 2010 has some stuff that will, if you are Kettlebell inclined, blow your mind. The best of the best will be meeting for our very own Gathering.

You’ll find information about forthcoming Combat Ready Events in conjunction with Marcus Houston and Krav Maga Edinburgh as well as Workshops and Seminars with Mark Davies’ Tactical Edge .

There will be contributions by fellow bloggers in Japan, England and the USA, articles, rants, links, suggestions and ramblings. Pretty much Simple Strength as normal but with bells on. For those of you who’ve been checking back, thanks for your patience.

You can expect a focus on keeping it simple. Fundamentals, basics, practice and sustainability. If you are not a professional athlete you have no business training like one. But we can learn from the best and apply what makes sense for your average person who wants exceptional results.

All the best

Rannoch

Arrrgh!! I just booked up for a workshop with him in London + hotel + flights, etc, etc…..

If only I’d known he was coming to Edinburgh I would have booked myself on that workshop and saved myself…oh a few hundred pounds :(

Nevermind, I’m sure I’ll enjoy myself down in London. Well done on getting Frank Forencich of Exhuberant Animal to come to Edinburgh – it’s great that experts in functional fitness are coming to Scotland & the UK to spread the message.
