Ray Wilson – Aberdeen Martial Arts Group – IKFF Certified Instructor – Level 1

“The K2 was excellent fun! Mandatory mobility, head to toe stretching, fun and testing body weight essentials before leading onto the cool KB material. As expected. The KBdrills were testing and exciting. Alot of excellent material and information from Rannoch and definitely aworthwhile day to progress your KB understanding!”

Scott Keenan – Krav Maga Practitioner

“K2 was brilliant, it was an extension to the firm grounding received on theK1 course, albeit an awful lot to learn in such a short time. One of the things that makes the course so enjoyable is picking up on the little details that make so much of a difference to your technique. Highly recommended.”

Andy Mills – Fire Fighter

“All I can say to anyone thinking of doing K2 is – Be prepared! It’stough, intense and fun and opens new doors in how to stay fit”
