Shine a light

Here is a beautifully coherent piece on the state of health & fitness from Frank Forencich of Exhuberant Animal. Frank has been writing about and promoting human play and movement as core aspect of physical and mental development for quite some time. Take good looked round Exhuberant Animal and you will find something that is often a missing in the world of fitness and wellbeing, a sense of humour and joy.
As a regular visitor to Chris Highcock’s Conditioning Research I picked up on the article there and just had to pass it on.

We really should start a library, I reckon we’d save a fortune! I have them both too!
I’ve got his two books if you want to borrow them? Both excellent.
