Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler” – Albert Einstien

So, today starts with the best of intentions. This blog is here to remind me to keep it simple and to make me accountable in the coming months. I’ll pass the link to a few like minded friends and they can bare witness to my successes and failures.

I am about three months out from the RKC certification in Denmark, on week 9 of the Enter The Kettlebell program using Anthony DiLuglio’s excellent workbook. (I missed a few weeks due to back injury)

I will follow the program to the word (simple) and then modify my training in preparation for May. Trainiing will consist of three ETK workouts. In the days between I’ll post my activity which will consist of smaller KB/mobility workouts, Bas Rutten Kickboxing, Boxing and MMA workout CD’s and BJJ once a week with Will Watson at the Crags Sports Center.
Expect Links to Andrew Usher’s blog and anyone else who wants to expose themselves to public scrutiny.
